Terms

Short and plain. By registering or playing, you accept them.

The beta

Last Light of Eremor is in development. The beta is free and offered as it is: worlds may go down, be restarted, change their rules, or, rarely, lose progress. We tell you before a reset whenever we can.

Your account

  • One person, one account. Keep the address you sign in with to yourself: whoever reads your codes can play as you.
  • Access to a world opens at our discretion while the beta is closed.
  • You can stop at any time and ask us to remove your account (see Privacy).

Fair play

  • No cheating, no automation of play you were not invited to test, no exploiting bugs: report them with F8 instead.
  • No harassment, hate or threats. Names must be fit for everyone.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get behind the game's servers or services.

We may warn, mute, suspend or ban an account that breaks these rules, in a world or everywhere, and we tell you why.

What is ours and what is yours

The game, its worlds and everything in them belong to Marcelo Reis. Items and gold in the game have no money value and cannot be sold for money. You may stream, record and share your play, and use our screenshots from the press kit.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress or for indirect loss from playing the beta. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or the law where you live.

Changes

We may change these terms; we update the date above and tell you in the game or by e-mail if the change matters. Questions: support@eremor.com.
